Welcome back ScreenRanters! Come and hang out with us for a bit. It’ll be fun! We half-promise! Scarlett Johansson has been smashing her role as Black Widow since the days of Iron Man 2. She’s done a pretty great job. With her solo film coming out, we wanted to look at the strict rules she has to follow to be Natasha Romanoff. And some are quite intense.

Now, time for our pitch to get you to watch. So...do you like Marvel films? (Wow, we’re nervous) If so, then you’ll love the video today! You can expect to see all sorts of rules that Johansson has to follow. Some of the rules also affect other MCU actors too. Such as Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr. We’ll also take you on a detailed tour of ScarJo’s diet, combat training, and exercise routine that she has to maintain to be in Disney’s feature film. We’re also going to see how avoiding spoilers is important to Marvel (even if Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo forget that sometimes). Johansson may have dropped a couple of subtle spoilers in the lead-up to Avengers: Endgame. On top of that, we’ll take a gander at how public relations and merchandise fit into the Marvel rulebook. We’ll also fill you in on Marvel’s stance on working with the “enemy” over at DC. Hint - it’s not positive. So, to get a taste of some MCU trivia, get watching now!
