If you thought the Game of Thrones coffee cup was bad -- well, we’ve gone deep into TV’s Vikings to reveal modern day products, historical goofs, and a whole lot of details that were pretty easy to miss. Vikings clearly isn’t the first show to dive deep into the history of Europe and different countries like Italy. So why waste huge budgets on building sets, when a bunch of them are already built for you?!

That’s exactly the case for the season 5 episode entitled, “The Plan”. If all the shots in Sicily looked familiar, then you may be a big fan of Orlando Bloom! The same sets were featured in the final siege battle for the 2005 film “Kingdom of Heaven”. Clearly, the production behind the impressive Vikings can get really complicated. There are dozens of extras, a lot of plotlines to follow, and mistakes are bound to happen. Speaking of “bound”, the season one episode “Dispossessed” features one of these mistakes and it all has to do with a priest who has his hands bound together. Vikings has become an iconic title. When you’re talking TV, it’s easy to bring up the series and has become instantly recognizable. The funny part is that Vikings wasn’t originally going to be the name of the show at all.

As we gear up for the sixth and final season of The History Channel’s Vikings, why not take a look back on all five of the other seasons to reflect and dive deep into the stories -- including a fun connection to Breaking Bad!

With so many characters and battles, there’s a whole lot to miss, but no worries. We’ve got you covered.
