With the second series of The Mandalorian now at an emotional end, fans may be wondering what comes next in a streaming service far far away? Well, as many of you may now know, that post credits stinger at the end of episode 8 teased a spinoff series for none other than the most badass bounty hunter in the galaxy, Boba Fett, set to premiere in December 2021!

It’s been announced that Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni are set to return as producers, alongside Robert Rodriguez! This is exciting as his episode of The Mandalorian which saw the return of Boba in-costume was incredibly action packed, and we saw a side of the character we never got to see in live action!

We know that, based on that post-credits scene, Boba is now calling the shots in Jabba’s Palace (now Fett’s Palace?) which likely means he could very well be running a big majority of the crime scene in the entire outer rim territories!
