Explaining What If...? Episode 1

Marvel Studios' "What If…?" series on Disney+ takes the concept of the classic speculative comic book series and adapts it to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Uatu the Watcher proposing alternate realities stemming from the movies' many forks in the road.

The leadoff pitch is simple: what if Agent Peggy Carter had received the Super Soldier Serum instead of Steve Rogers?

While you might easily guess that she'd become a super-strong Captain Carter, proudly serving her own queen and country in the world's great war, you might not predict that this chain of events would result in Steve Rogers getting his very own Infinity Stone-powered mech suit.
