Description

It’s pretty much common knowledge that when an actor prepares for a superhero role they can’t shy away from getting in amazing shape and intense workout routines. Even when the character you’re playing is technically an anti-hero, such as in Margot Robbie’s case, you still have to make sure you’re as fit as possible. In fact, while preparing for her latest movie, Robbie went through an intense workout routine, exercising in a number of different ways for 3 hours a day, five days a week, so she could create impeccable abs and strong legs. She also makes sure to stick to clean living, having a balanced and healthy diet and sticking away from junk food, but, also making sure that from time to time she has a little cheat, and eats and drinks something she isn’t supposed to.

In this video we will take a look at Robbie’s exact workout routine, which includes some really intense and strenuous moves and workouts, as well as some more relaxing ones such as swimming and playing tennis, her balanced diet which includes lot of protein, vegetables and immune boosting green smoothies (although she isn’t afraid to eat a burger or drink a beer from time to time) and we will also take a look at what all of this hard work led to, and the one stunt in the movie that she managed to pull off for real, despite no-one thinking she could. So get ready to feel pretty bad about yourself (but also grow even more respect for the Aussie actor) as we take a look at how Margot Robbie got jacked.
