Marvel Theory: Is THIS How Ant-Man Will Appear In Avengers 4?

Let's get this out of the way immediately: Both this text and this video contain spoilers for Ant-Man and the Wasp, so if you haven't seen that movie yet, do NOT watch it. You have been warned!

So, for those of you who HAVE seen Ant-Man and the Wasp, you'll be aware of the fact that Scott Lang ended the movie trapped in the Quantum Realm, with Hank Pym, Janet van Dyne and Hope van Dyne all turning to dust thanks to Thanos' finger snap (from Avengers: Infinity War) just before they were due to bring him out of there.

So how on Earth will Lang be a part of Avengers 4? This video has some theories.

The general idea is that Lang will either be pulled out of the Quantum Realm by another superhero, or he'll find his own way out somehow. The heroes who might be responsible for saving him include Doctor Strange (who this theory suggests is still alive after he appeared to turn to dust in Avengers: Infinity War), Hawkeye (who is very stealthy and probably won't be able to help in any other meaningful way against Thanos), Captain Marvel (who might have the ability to teleport in and out of the Quantum Realm, given how powerful we expect her to be in the MCU), Adam Warlock (who's definitely the wildcard here, but who could have an important role in Avengers 4) and Wong (who, like Doctor Strange, also has the ability to traverse dimensions using magic).
