Small Details You Missed In The First Ms. Marvel Trailer

The first trailer for Marvel Studios' latest entry in the Disney+ corner of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is here, showing heroine Kamala Khan in action at last.

The series, which debuts in June 8, follows a Jersey City high schooler who idolizes the Avengers, and gets a chance to become a hero herself when she unexpectedly develops superpowers.

The first trailer for "Ms. Marvel" seems to confirm what many comic fans suspected, demonstrating a different take on Kamala's powers than the comics established. (It also takes a pointed moment to spell out the pronunciation of Kamala Khan's name.)
