Why Kingpin should be the next big bad in Spider-Man

Now sure, Wilson Fisk, also known under his alias of Kingpin, the top crime boss in all of Marvel's New York City, is not exactly hurting for media appearances outside of comics. He was one of the primary antagonists in the beloved Spider-Man Animated Series from the 90s, and has served as main bad guy in both live-action Daredevil adaptations, as well as in Sony's Into the Spider-Verse, and fighting him kicks off the PS4 video game. But he still hasn't tangled with Spider-Man, his second great obstacle outside of Daredevil, in the actual mainline MCU. And maybe it's about time he does. But this is not just wishful thinking from Fisk fans - there's actually a fair bit of supporting evidence in the franchise's continuity that supports the idea, and he would be able to open the floodgates to make the Marvel's Spider-Man 3 even grander than it's already gearing up to be. So sit back and let us explain why Kingpin should be the next movie's main villain.
