Star Wars' Ahsoka Theory: The Inquisitor Strikes Back

The Galactic Civil War might be over, but Ahsoka has beef that predates the Empire itself, and one of those beefs might be coming back to haunt her. The trailer for the Disney+ series Ahsoka with Rosario Dawson in the title role shows a clip of a helmeted villain with a weapon most associated with Inquisitors, the force sensitive hunters tasked with finding and ending the Jedi that had escaped Order 66. Inquisitors went away having mostly done their job by the time New Hope takes place, so where does this one come from? Former friend who framed Ahsoka and ultimately soured Ahsoka to the Jedi in general, Barris Offee might be making a comeback.
