"Once again, the changes this time around are minor ones, the first being another modification to the walkers seen in the final section of the intro before the logo; strangely, two of the existing walkers (the second one out from the left hand side of the centre walker & the one on the far right hand side) now have been modified to have longer hair, which makes you wonder whether these are even walkers at all!

The other change continues the running theme of this season itself as well as it's intro, and it comes in the form of newly formed cracks and damage on the TWD logo; this now being the third time this season that the logo has undergone this type of change!" - noted by Aaron S.
