There are so many details in “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,” you could be excused for missing a couple. This is doubly so for the younger audience members who might be watching. Either because they don’t know the history of the comics, or just weren’t paying close attention, some of the more subtle secrets layered throughout the new Marvel superhero movie are quite easy to miss.
