'You' Season 4: 10 Things YOU Missed

“Hello, You.” You Season 4 has blown our minds and left us with enough questions to beg for You Season 5. Today, we’re here to analyze the most shocking and impressive things that you might have missed. In this video, we discuss how the mansion Joe and his friends go to on their getaway is the same building used in Batman. We discuss the many parallels between Beck and Kate, and Love and Kate. We discuss hints that the series dropped into Season 4 about who Rhys Montrose really is. For instance, his character’s edits always include lots of tricks of the eye, and his wardrobe sets him apart. Additionally, we will discuss the way that Marienne gets on the train, but we never see the train take off and we never see her get off of it. We delve into the text messages that Joe Goldberg receives and how they hinted at the fact that they were Joe all along. We also analyze the hint of when the season flashed at who could’ve possibly put Malcolm’s ring in Joe’s pocket, but no one did. Also, we talk about how in episode seven, Nadia refers to the rich killer as an “Average Joe,” and Joe makes a statement that “Love gives you second chances.” That’s a clear nod to Love from seasons two and three. Finally, we talk about how lighting played a part in keeping Rhys Montrose a part of Joe’s imagination.
