Pretty much since video games started to contain more complicated and fleshed out stories than “go to a place and save a princess” fans have wanted to see their favorite video games get turned into big budget film adaptations. And some of them have...to mixed results.

In fact, more of them have been turned into movies than you might even think. Which is something I am going to talk about today.

However, to really spice things up, I’ll also include a few games that I’d like to see get made into films, just to have some fun.

So, for example, I could include something like Among Us on here, though honestly we kinda already have that movie. Just go watch The Thing and pretend it's just a game of Among Us on Polus and ya nailed it. Kinda. Not exactly perfectly on the nose but close enough.
